Just tried hard cooking my eggs in the air fryer. I did one dozen of farm fresh eggs that were in my refrigerator for about 2 weeks. The brining made a definite difference. Shell came off effortlessly! Mine took a little longer than 10 minutes. They were a little bit more difficult to peel than eggs done in the Instant Pot, but not bad.
